Questions

Do I need to buy AI credits from Beepflow?

No. You build with the AI subscription you already have, through the Beepflow connector. When a workflow uses AI, it calls your own provider key at your provider's price. We never resell AI usage.

What is a worker?

A worker handles one item at a time in a live workflow, like one order or one ticket. More workers means more things handled at the same time. Workflows that are switched off use none.

Is anything charged per run?

No. Workflow runs, webhook calls and page views are unlimited on every plan, including Free.

Is the plan per person or per space?

Per space. Each space has its own plan, so side projects can stay on Free while your team's space is on Pro.
